BLEEDING AND PAIN ARE LESS
Assoc. Prof. from the operation team. Dr. Gökhan Koç and Assoc. Dr. Yusuf Özlem İlbey said that the robotic radical prostatectomy surgery they performed was successful. Stating that robotic surgeries provide great advantages for patients, Koç said, “The surgery is performed with small holes instead of large incisions. After surgery, bleeding and pain are less, patients return to their daily activities more quickly and the hospital stay is shorter. “With robotic surgery technology, we can perform all urological surgeries such as kidney, bladder and prostate,” he said.
