To define hydrocele, it can be defined as excessive fluid accumulation between the membranes surrounding the testicle. If the abdominal membrane does not close completely and a small gap remains, a connection is formed that allows the fluid in the abdomen to enter the sac. This is called communicating hydrocele and is seen in childhood. The swelling sometimes decreases and sometimes increases. How Does Hydrocele Occur?
